កាសែត Maeil Business របស់កូរ៉េខាងត្បូងបានរាយការណ៍ថា ការផ្លាស់ប្តូររូបិយប័ណ្ណគ្រីបតូ Bybit កំពុងស្វែងយល់ពីការទិញយក Korbit ដែលជាការផ្លាស់ប្តូរធំជាងគេទីបួនរបស់ប្រទេស។ ប្រភពបានបង្ហាញថា Bybit ថ្មីៗនេះបានជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយក្រុមគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ Korbit ដើម្បីចាប់ផ្តើមដំណើរការនេះ។

Korbit ត្រូវបានគ្រប់គ្រងភាគច្រើនដោយ NXC ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុនមេរបស់ Nexon ដែលមានភាគហ៊ុន 60.5% ខណៈដែល SK Planet កាន់កាប់ 31.5%។ Bybit ត្រូវបានគេនិយាយថាកំពុងពិចារណាចាប់ផ្តើមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដោយទិញភាគហ៊ុនរបស់ SK Planet មុនពេលផ្លាស់ប្តូរទៅជាកម្មសិទ្ធិពេញលេញ។

Bybit Reportedly Eyes Acquisition of Korbit

South Korea’s Maeil Business Newspaper reported that crypto exchange Bybit is exploring the acquisition of Korbit, the country’s fourth-largest exchange. Sources indicated that Bybit recently held talks with Korbit’s management to initiate the process.  

Korbit is majority-owned by NXC, the parent company of Nexon, with a 60.5% stake, while SK Planet holds 31.5%. Bybit is said to be considering starting the deal by purchasing SK Planet’s share before moving toward full ownership.  

In response, Bybit stated it is unaware of the market rumors surrounding the acquisition and advised users to rely on its official website for any future updates.
