Strategy Eyes BTC Accumulation

Strategy, the Bitcoin treasury firm formerly known as MicroStrategy, revealed on X that its average purchase price during the 2022 bear market was about $30,000 per BTC. When the price dropped to nearly $16,000, roughly half of its cost basis, the company seized the opportunity to expand its holdings.  

The disclosure suggests Strategy may follow a similar approach in the current downturn, signaling continued confidence in Bitcoin’s long-term value. By highlighting its past accumulation strategy, the firm hints at a willingness to buy more BTC if market weakness persists.
