និយតករហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ Consob របស់ប្រទេសអ៊ីតាលីបានប្រកាសថា រយៈពេលអន្តរកាលក្រោមបទប្បញ្ញត្តិទីផ្សារទ្រព្យសកម្មគ្រីបតូ (MiCAR) របស់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុបនឹងបញ្ចប់នៅថ្ងៃទី 30 ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ 2025។ អ្នកផ្តល់សេវាទ្រព្យសកម្មនិម្មិត (VASPs) ដែលកំពុងប្រតិបត្តិការនៅក្នុងប្រទេសអ៊ីតាលីត្រូវតែដាក់ពាក្យសុំការអនុញ្ញាតជាអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាទ្រព្យសកម្មគ្រីបតូ (CASPs) មុនថ្ងៃផុតកំណត់នេះ ឬប្រឈមមុខនឹងការបិទជាកាតព្វកិច្ច។ អ្នកដែលមិនអនុវត្តតាមនឹងត្រូវបានតម្រូវឱ្យបញ្ឈប់ប្រតិបត្តិការ និងប្រគល់មូលនិធិអតិថិជន និងទ្រព្យសកម្មគ្រីបតូទាំងអស់មកវិញ។

Consob Warns: CASP Authorization Required by 2025

Italy’s financial regulator Consob has announced that the transition period under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) will end on December 30, 2025. Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) operating in Italy must apply for authorization as Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) before this deadline or face mandatory closure. Those failing to comply will be required to halt operations and return all client funds and crypto assets.  

VASPs that submit applications on time will be allowed to continue their activities while awaiting regulatory approval, but only until June 30, 2026. After that date, any provider without authorization will be barred from offering crypto services in Italy, marking a strict enforcement of MiCAR’s framework to ensure investor protection and market stability.
