SEC Chair Paul Atkins predicted that the U.S. financial market will fully transition to blockchain infrastructure within the next two years. He emphasized that this shift marks a critical step toward modernizing the financial system, with blockchain serving as the foundation for greater efficiency and innovation.  

Atkins highlighted that digital assets, tokenization, and broader digitalization will drive this transformation, offering major improvements in transparency and risk management. He noted that these advancements are expected to deliver significant benefits to both market participants and regulators, reshaping how financial markets operate in the near future.
