Ryan Warns of Crypto Backlash

Etherealize co-founder Danny Ryan cautioned that despite progress on crypto legislation under the Trump administration, the Trump family’s heavy involvement in the sector has stirred political tension. He warned this dynamic could trigger backlash once a new administration takes office, potentially complicating the industry’s future.  

Ryan emphasized that the current moment is critical for embedding crypto into mainstream financial infrastructure. By doing so, he argued, the debate can evolve beyond its legitimacy and instead focus on responsible regulation and practical use, ensuring the industry’s resilience regardless of political shifts.
