The strategy identifies artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and quantum computing as core national interests, pledging that the U.S. will lead in both innovation and global standards. By elevating these fields, the plan positions technological leadership as central to safeguarding economic strength and maintaining strategic advantage in the international arena.
