រដ្ឋាភិបាលហុងកុងបានបើកការពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាសាធារណៈលើការអាប់ដេតដែលបានស្នើឡើងចំពោះក្របខ័ណ្ឌរាយការណ៍ទ្រព្យសកម្មគ្រីបតូ (CARF) និងស្តង់ដាររាយការណ៍ទូទៅ (CRS)។ ការកែប្រែទាំងនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិដោយតម្រូវឱ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរព័ត៌មានពន្ធដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិលើប្រតិបត្តិការទ្រព្យសកម្មគ្រីបតូជាមួយយុត្តាធិការដៃគូ។

ក្រោមផែនការនេះ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទិន្នន័យទៅវិញទៅមកនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមនៅឆ្នាំ 2028 ដោយការអនុវត្តពេញលេញត្រូវបានកំណត់ពេលសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ 2029។ អាជ្ញាធរនិយាយថា គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងដើម្បីទប់ស្កាត់ការគេចពន្ធឆ្លងដែន និងធានាការអនុលោមរបស់ហុងកុងជាមួយនឹងស្តង់ដារសកលដែលកំពុងវិវត្តលើតម្លាភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។

Hong Kong Plans Crypto Tax Data Exchange

The Hong Kong government has opened a public consultation on proposed updates to the Crypto Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). The revisions aim to strengthen international cooperation by requiring automatic exchange of tax information on crypto asset transactions with partner jurisdictions.  

Under the plan, reciprocal exchanges of data would begin in 2028, with full implementation scheduled for 2029. Authorities say the initiative is designed to curb cross-border tax evasion and ensure Hong Kong’s compliance with evolving global standards on financial transparency.
