Crypto infrastructure provider Fireblocks has expanded its services to include Coinbase International, enhancing institutional access to crypto spot and derivatives products. The June 10 announcement highlighted that Fireblocks now supports trading spot and perpetual futures contracts with Coinbase International Exchange, primarily for institutional investors like hedge funds and family offices. This integration allows clients to connect directly to their Coinbase accounts for withdrawals and deposits, providing enhanced management and security.

In other news, Singaporean authorities have issued a warning about the Akira ransomware, which has targeted businesses in Singapore. Akira previously stole $42 million from over 250 organizations globally. The alert was a joint effort by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, the Singapore Police Force, and the Personal Data Protection Commission, following several complaints from cyberattack victims.

Additionally, U.S. Bitcoin ETFs bought 25,729 BTC last week, which is eight times the amount mined in the same period. This marked the biggest week of Bitcoin buying since mid-March. The ETFs saw net inflows of around $1.83 billion last week, bringing their total net inflows to $15.69 billion, despite the cryptocurrency struggling to surpass its current high due to macroeconomic factors and geopolitical events.
