Well many enter the cryptocurrency space with high hopes and often they make silly mistakes out of impatience, some at once expect quick rapid gains immediately they enter the cryptocurrency market and this greed is often exploited by others often resulting in great financial loss on the part of this impatient users.
It's really important that for one entering the cryptocurrency space or for those of us who have been in here a while that we exercise patience, patient is a virtue one that is needed in cryptocurrency especially if one wants to survive long in this market and make the most of it.
They are some valid reasons why I believe we should be patient with cryptocurrency and I will be talking on some of these reasons below.
Reasons why patience is needed in cryptocurrency
Market Volatility
The market especially the cryptocurrency market is really volatile most times we often experience sudden price swings often in directions we do not expect, the market is full of sudden price changes and fluctuations much more than what we expect and if we are to act on impulse we might set ourselves up to a great loss as market may quickly turn on us especially due to a rather impulsive decision from us.
When we are patient it means we are able to focus on the general and long term trend of the market and willing to look beyond any temporary mishap in price and keep our eyes solely focused on the future this would ensure we will reap great rewards overtime as against impulsive short term decisions driven by speculation.
So the volatility of the cryptocurrency market is one reason I believe patience is needed in the market if we don't want to be on the wrong side of things.

Technological Growth
Also another reason why I feel it's important that we have or exercise patience is due to the fact that the technology guiding cryptocurrency is still envolving and room exists still for further development and innovation so it won't be right to conclude that things would always remain the way the are.
Most chains today are already undergoing upgrade especially when it comes to its scalability like ethereum for instance which would help boost network performance, now imagine if everyone had already given up and left the network because it's not fast enough for them, well that will make the individual miss out on the other wonderful benefits of the chain and on the improved chain.
So patience is needed here as it allows technological advancement in cryptocurrency technology thus helping cryptocurrency to achieve its core purpose of decentralization, security and scalability all at once.
Regulatory Development
Patience is also needed here because regulations of cryptocurrency for the most part isn't yet clear, in most places there is no clear regulatory framework guiding cryptocurrency and this thus reduce the number of willing users as many government are still unsure about where to lean on the great crypto debate.
So we need to exercise patience hopefully for the time when things would be properly regulated, a clear regulatory framework for cryptocurrency creates room for it to truly flourish and it would bring more stability in a very volatile market like cryptocurrency giving investors more confidence as cryptocurrency achieves legality.
Now for many of us here we all look forward to a time when all the government would stop fighting against cryptocurrency and embrace it as the future of finance, this would really help a great deal and for this patience is required on the part of everyone.
Adoption and Integration
Also cryptocurrency is gradually being adopted by institutions and this adopting helps it achieve mass adoption to a great scale, when people see institutions investing in cryptocurrency more often than not individuals are also prompted to do such, now many institutions are invested in cryptocurrency but there could be more.
With time many more institutions would invest in cryptocurrency and this would further attract lots of businesses and other financial institutions to jump in to this space, world wide consumers would rush into cryptocurrency, this would happen eventually it just requires patience from us.
Mass adoption would help drive cryptocurrency price to a very good level but it needs time for this to completely become a reality so patience is needed I believe so.
Conclusion
Indeed one that is focused and patient we learn to look at the true potential of a project and it's potential to increase overtime while an impulsive somebody makes rash uninformed decision that causes financial ruin, patience allows us to truly allow the market to mature which is really important in this space.
